How many people can Bleues on the Water accommodate?
While this varies from ballroom to ballroom, we can accommodate from 75 to 1000 guests in a variety of settings such as banquets, cocktail parties, classroom and theater style events, and trade shows and seminars.
What types of menus do you offer?
Bleues on the Water offers a wide variety of menus to please any palate. We have hundreds of delicious items to choose from and provide a wide range of ethnic menus as well.
We are sensitive to your individual guests’ needs and will accommodate any special dietary requests you may require. We customize your menu to suit you!
What about parking?
We offer ample complimentary parking.

Do you provide centerpieces?
Yes! We have a large selection of centerpieces for you to choose from, or you can make arrangements to bring your own.
Can I have my wedding ceremony and the reception at your location?
Absolutely! Our package at Bleues on the Water includes a water view ceremony area. This option provides a seamless transfer from the ceremony to the reception with no travel time for you or your guests!
Can you accommodate outdoor wedding ceremonies?
Yes! Garden areas and a beautiful gazebo are available for your picture-perfect wedding. Please check with our Event Planner for availability.
What staff is there on the day of my wedding?
Bleues on the Water employs a team of creative, highly skilled event supervisors, managers, culinary staff and dedicated wait staff who provide the personal and professional services that you deserve.
What kind of payments do you accept?
For deposits to hold your date, we accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards.
For your final payment, we accept Cash or a Certified Check.
When is my deposit due?
Your deposit holds your date for you and is due 5 days after your contract is issued.
When is my final payment due?
Your final payment for all contracted services is due 10 business days prior to your event.
Can I make payments on my event throughout the year?
Of course! You can make as many payments as you like and they will be credited directly to your contract.
